Priaulx back at scene of many happy memories

ANDY PRIAULX returns to a happy hunting ground this weekend as the DTM Series arrives in Oschersleben.

The 2012 season enters its finishing straight after a three-week break with the eighth race of the year at a venue where BMW drivers picked up 11 victories in the World Touring Car Championship between 2005 and 2010.

The Guernseyman claimed more than a third of those wins.

'I have won four times in the World Touring Car Championship in Oschersleben and am now looking forward to returning with the DTM,' said Priaulx, who set a WTCC record there in 2009 by winning after starting 14th on the grid.
