New season brings renewed hope

THE past is the past and it is time to push on.

That is the message emanating from the top of the Guernsey Netball Association as it tries to keep up with their progressive Caesarean counterparts.

Last season ended in big disappointment for the Sarnians with the Greens receiving something of a kicking on inter-insular and 'Upton' weekends.

But as the new season gets under way amid dodging the heavy showers, there is new purpose within the GNA to get it right.
