COLOMBIANS showed they are the team to beat again this season as they beat title rivals ABN Amro 6-2 last weekend in a battle between last year's hockey top two.
The reigning champions fell behind to an early Adam Kitching strike, but fought their way back to turn it around through goals from Chris Gill, TJ Ozanne, Jonny Warr, captain Matt Watson and a brace for Matt de la Mare.
'We were expecting a tough game and we got that early on when we went a goal down,' Watson admitted.
'But with the players we have got we always feel comfortable that we can score goals and by the end, I don't think the scoreline flattered us at all.
'We dominated possession for large periods and looked like creating a chance every time we went forward, so I think it could have been even more.'
