Eighteen take the 'Zero to Hero' route to the ring

WHITE collar boxing will make its debut in the island tonight as St Pierre Park prepares to host the first of potentially many shows in the coming years.

The sport, which is growing around the world, is a form of boxing where people in white-collar professions train to fight at special events.

Most will have had no prior boxing experience.

A near sell-out local crowd will witness 18 fighters take to the ring across the nine bouts, with all but two of those being Guernsey fighters.
