ONE of the stalwarts of the Guernsey hockey team admits he has 'unfinished business' with the EH Trophy.

Mark Babbe has been involved in the island representative set-up on-and-off for 15 years, having made his debut back in 1997.

But the 33-year-old midfielder, pictured, missed out on the side's successful run to Trophy glory in 2009 by being out of the island that year and that provides added motivation.

'Each year I start now, I think that it may be my last, but then I realise I have got more left in me,' he said.

'But nobody ever knows how long their career will last. If a number of top-class youngsters come through, then you could be pushed out.
