Priaulx to drive in iconic Daytona 24-hour race

ANDY PRIAULX has always wanted to add the Daytona Rolex 24 Race to his racing CV and he is soon to realise this ambition as he will be driving a BMW M3 with American-based Turner Motorsport in the event this weekend.

'I love 24-hour races and so for me to add the iconic Daytona event to those I have competed in is a very exciting proposition,' said the Guernsey driver.

'It is a race I have always followed from afar and so to be able to drive there this year with Turner Motorsport is a fantastic opportunity.

'The icing on the cake is that it will be in a BMW and I want to thank BMW Motorsport for allowing me to accept this invitation.'
