Rugby coach Jordan Reynolds took plenty of positives away from Bishop's Stortford on Saturday despite seeing his Guernsey side slip to a third consecutive defeat.

The green-and-whites were always going to be up against it with a patched-up team facing the club placed third in National Three London & South-East.

But Guernsey came away with a four-try bonus point from the 38-20 loss and Reynolds was pleased with the attitude and commitment shown by his players.

'We held about 70% of possession and we played quite well considering we did not have a fly half, so we were a bit limited,' said the Guernsey coach, who was without regular No. 10 Scott Davidson due to a rib injury.
