WHILE one Guernsey side are on their 'Road to Wembley', another are on the road to Wakefield.
The island men's hockey side are now just one win away from reaching their second successive EH Trophy final, which will be held at Wakefield Hockey Club in Yorkshire on 4 May.
'That is something we really want to get through to,' said Guernsey player-coach Andy Whalley, pictured.
'England Hockey have changed the format a little this year and gone back to how it was a decade or so ago with the Vase, Trophy and Cup finals all played on the same day at the same venue.
'That will be a great day and we really want to be there.'
