The juniors/pre-65s rode the morning trial in the pines with junior rider Sammy Bott easily taking first position once again, this time ahead of James Rihoy who finally made the jump up to the premier route.

The intermediates class saw new rider George Symons returning a fine display of riding as he claimed first, dropping a commendable 22 points.

In the cadets, Aimee Sarre took first place from her sister Hannah by only five points.
