SARAH GAUDION was the toast of the Bank Holiday Hill Climb, improving on her own island women's record.
The 'Eturs' flyer ended a fantastic 2012 season with a 30.81sec. island best, but it now stands at 30.69 after Monday's event.
It gave her second place in the racing cars 1101 to 1600cc class behind Justin Smith and ahead of the likes of Nick Saunders, who finished the day fourth of 10 in a hot class.
Gaudion has now set her sights on becoming the first woman to reach the local 'national' round top-12 run-off, her new best being quick enough to have done just that last July.
