An emphatic 8 and 6 victory over county legend Kerry Smith saw the island starlet add the women's championship to the girls' title she won in April.
After stopping off to play in the West of England Open at Bath Golf Club before heading home, once back in Guernsey 17-year-old Ponte revealed that she had 'definitely been eyeing up' the Hampshire double.
'I was determined. I really wanted to prove to a lot of people that I could go there and I could win,' said Ponte of the women's championship, having reached the semi-finals in the two previous years.
'As soon as I found out who I was playing in the final, that increased.'
