TOBYN HORTON will hope for a quick change in fortune after a disastrously unlucky National Road Race in Glasgow last weekend.
Going into the race with high hopes of doing well after a successful Tour Series, the Guernseyman, pictured, suffered nothing but misfortune during the 185km race.
He suffered mechanical problems and was forced to stop three times before finally calling it a day prematurely after the excessive amount of chasing left him exhausted.
With the course also one that he believes suited his racing style down to a T, Horton was doubly disappointed when reflecting on his Scottish adventure.
