WITH their EH Trophy campaign returning to the island this weekend, Guernsey are 'relishing' their tags as one of the competition favourites.
A 3-1 away win at London Edwardians has set up a Sunday lunchtime home second-round showdown with Woking at Footes Lane, as Guernsey continue their quest to make up for last season's heartbreak.
Then they lost out to a golden goal winner in the final, their second defeat at the final hurdle in succession, although they did win the competition back in 2009.
For this latest obstacle, there is one major difference, after the news that Matt Watson has stepped down as Guernsey captain, due to work commitments curtailing his training hours.
