A REMARKABLY and refreshingly inconsistent Priaulx League campaign keeps bubbling along nicely.

Bottom side St Martin's led the champions and title favourites Bels 3-1 and 4-2 at the Track on Saturday afternoon before being pegged back to 4-4, while at St Peter's Sylvans were defeating top-of-the-table Rangers by a single Kris Moherndl goal scored in the first half.

Rangers stay at the top despite the defeat and after another weekend of twists and turns it all means the top five sides are now separated by just five points.

On Friday evening, a superb attacking display saw North romp to their best victory of the Priaulx League season so far, a 5-1 win over neighbours Vale Rec.
