Griffins unveil new signings
AHEAD of the 2014 outdoor cricket season, Goldridge Griffins have signalled their intent with three high-profile signings for their Evening League Division One side.
With Rob Thomson now at the helm, these are exciting times for a side who are looking at more than just making up the numbers this year.
Malaysia-bound Will Peatfield has turned to Griffins following Independents' switch to Evening League Division Two.
In a move aimed to benefit both himself and St Pierre captain Tom Kimber, Jason Martin is on the move too and the new-look Griffins will also share the registration of St Saviour's promising young spinner Tom Veillard.
'I am delighted to be able to welcome Will, Jason and Tom to the group in what is undoubtedly a huge year for our club,' Thomson said.
