UNDER skies matching a Jersey football fan's mood, young Alex Bushell and island squad man Ben Ferbrache rescued Swoffers Premiership champions Cobo Tigers yesterday at Port Soif.

Chasing 166 for victory, Cobo slumped to 44 for five before the sixth-wicket pair took control of matters and Bushell thumped a six over long on to clinch a remarkable five-wicket win.
Bushell finished unbeaten on 69 and Ferbrache 54, their unbroken stand worth 122.
