Blondel to face Mitchell in Guernsey golf final
JAMIE BLONDEL and Jack Mitchell will face off over 36 holes tomorrow in the Intertrust Island Championship final.

They came through contrasting semi-finals on Friday evening at L'Ancresse with Blondel, who is looking for his first island title, a convincing 3 and 2 winner over Bobby Eggo while Jack Mitchell, the 2007 champion, needed two extra holes before finally overcoming Danny Bisson with a brilliant birdie at the 20th.
The morning round of Sunday's final tees off at 9.15, with the afternoon round scheduled to start at 2pm.
