Griggs to make inter-insular debut
DANIEL GRIGGS is the one new cap in the Guernsey team who will look to retain the Challenge Trophy at La Moye next month.
He is one of two changes from the 10 who won convincingly 12½-7½ at L'Ancresse last year, with Nigel Vaudin making a return for the Ravenscroft-sponsored inter-insular.
Missing out from the victorious 2013 side are Dave Jeffery and Sean Mills.
'Daniel is just a very solid player who does not make many mistakes,' said Guernsey's non-playing captain Julian Woodhard of the solitary debutant.
