Hall back as Panthers prepare to face Phoenix
AFTER her absence from the last two matches, Lorna Hall is back in the Saffery Guernsey Panthers ranks for their latest home Division Three South encounter this weekend.
CD Phoenix Two are the visitors to Les Beaucamps on Sunday for Panthers' fourth home game in their first five, as they look to close the gap on league leaders Eagles Two.
Sitting fourth in the eight-team table, the Panthers squad is largely similar to the one that defeated Wokingham last time out, but the return of Hall from holiday is a big bonus.
The experienced goalkeeper has proven herself to be one of the side's star performers over the last season-and-a-bit and was player of the match in the opening day win over Dreams Two.
She is pleased to be back involved and will hope to provide the defensive platform for a third Panthers win, as they look to provide some consistency to their stuttering campaign.
'Now I am back, I can't wait to get going again because I have missed it over the couple of games I have been away for and am raring to go,' said Hall.
