It is desperation time for GRFC
IT IS time for Guernsey to get desperate, according to coach Jordan Reynolds.
The GRFC director of rugby was referring particularly to their remaining away days, the first of which is at Hertford tomorrow in National Three London & South-East.
'Every game is important to us and having dropped the home game to Gravesend last time out, it means we need to pick up an away win somewhere,' Reynolds said.
'We have got to be a little bit desperate now in the way we try to win these games.
'Four points this weekend would be fantastic and could change things a lot, but the mindset is coming down to must-win games now.'
Luke Gardner makes a return to the first team at hooker following a long injury lay-off and will be part of a pack who, given the weather forecast, will be expected to get through a lot of work tomorrow when Guernsey meet one of the in-form teams in the league with Hertford having lost just one of their last 10 games.
