Double delight for Guernsey
GUERNSEY retained both senior hockey inter-insular trophies with victories over Jersey on Saturday at Footes Lane.

Both first-team matches were close affairs with the Sarnian women winning 1-0 thanks to Liz Stonebridge's second-half strike.
The men then beat their Caesarean counterparts 2-1 with Zak Damarell scoring both Guernsey goals, with man-of-the-match Peter Millar getting the Jersey goal.
