JAMES MCLAUGHLIN has formed and will manage a new developmental Guernsey cycling team – Morgan Sharpe – to race in the UK.
The Sarnian professional, about to start his first season at Madison Genesis, saw his six-rider team make their debut last weekend.
Designed as a bridge between the local Guernsey Velo Club and the professional scene, the team is headed by Commonwealth Games riders Matt Osborn and Mike Serafin.
