GUERNSEY PANTHERS will be able to enjoy their Christmas break that bit more after Beau Sejour witnessed a third successive emphatic victory yesterday.

The Sarnians began this Division Three South campaign slowly but have really hit their stride in recent weeks and they were far too good for Wokingham.

A cluster of missed chances in the second quarter threatened to undo much of their good work but in truth, it merely delayed the inevitable.

They would have won by somewhere in the region of 25 or 30 goals if their shooting had been that bit crisper in the first half, but they will still be happy with the final 16-goal victory margin.
