U-turn means Priaulx League can be played on KGV 3G

THE 3G pitch at the KGV can be used for FNB Priaulx League matches after a major U-turn by the League Management Committee.

However, any re-arrangements from grass pitches to 3G must be with the agreement of both clubs involved in a particular league fixture.

Fixtures may be now moved with the agreement of both clubs as long as there is a minimum of 72 hours notice to both clubs prior to the revised kick-off time.

The LMC has received a guarantee from the KGV that the overhead wires, which separate the pitches when 7-a-side is being played, will be removed for any Priaulx League fixture.

The statement also says that there are adequate arrangements in place to allow for the collection of gate monies by the designated home side for Priaulx games.
