GUERNSEY'S lawn bowlers certainly get to see the world.
The latest globe-trotting Sarnians are the talented brother-and-sister duo Conor and Sophie Rabey, who have been strutting their stuff in the world under-25 championships at the palatial Broadbeach Club on Australia's Gold Coast, which will be the venue for the 2018 Commonwealths.
And, although they will not be bringing back any silverware, they represented Guernsey with distinction in an event that also featured competitors from Australia, Canada, The Cook Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Jersey, Malaysia, Namibia, New Zealand, Scotland, UAE and Wales.
