In their first home match of the season at a wet Footes Lane, Raiders had to come from behind after conceding a converted try against the run of play in the 16th minute, but an Owen Thomas penalty and tries from Cameron Craine and Dave Davison, the second of which was converted by Thomas, gave the home side a 15-7 half-time lead.
After the interval, further tries from Layton Batiste and captain Thomas secured the win and the bonus point.
