On Monday Paris Pereira and last night back at Footes Lane, Seb Skillen.

The wide-man’s two goals were key in another good win for the Green Lions who leapfrog their defeated opponents to go 19th in the Bostik South table.

Tony Vance made three changes with starts for Keanu Marsh, Liam Mahon and Matt Loaring as he shuffled his back.

Ben Coulter kept his place despite concerns over his troublesome knee,

Jamie Dodd was making his 250th GFC appearance but within seven minutes and on his side of the backline a huge gap opened for Faversham to free striker Ashley Miller who took a few strides and finished clinically.

But GFC were not behind for long, six minutes later Skillen aiming for the far corner and netting off the post.

Two minutes later Marsh was chopped by some clumsy tackling and afforded the chance to double his tally from the spot, Skillen tucked it away comfortably.

On 24min. it was 3-1 as Harry Tobin, who missed a couple of sitters on Easter Monday, tucked away a loose ball beyond the far post.

At the other end Cal Stanton saved well from Danny Walder’s free-kick and early into the second half Harry Stannard rifled a 25-yarder centimetres over.

Faversham started the second half well, the Lions sleepily and it was not too long before assistant coach Colin Fallaize was giving the home side a verbal ‘what-for’ from the sidelines.

Dom Heaume was introduced for Pereira and Ryan-Zico Black for Coulter with more than a quarter of the game left and Black might have scored with his first meaningful touch.

Faversham pressed without testing Stanton anymore and into stoppage time official man of the match Skillen teed up sub Charlton Gauvain who blasted over.
