Ryan-Zico Black then cracked a shot against the crossbar. But in stoppage time Jack Mazzone headed the winner to break GFC hearts as the hosts emerged 2-1 winners.
The Green Lions had earlier trailed to Josh Gallagher’s first-half goal.
