The middleweight tops the bill as the domestic boxing scene opens with an Amalgamated Boys Club Open Show in the Sir John Loveridge Hall, the opposition provided by a Northern Counties select.

Le Poullain has not fought since his Commonwealth bow in Gold Coast back in April but is back raring to go on a 15-bout schedule that features the vast majority of the island’s top talent.

Bobby Dalton provides the opposition for Le Poullain, who took some time out after losing to Pakistani Gul Zaib in the first round of the 69k category in Australia in the spring.

Casey de la Mare steps up to light-heavyweight and Chris Sumner is in action at welterweight.

New heavyweight Oblie Botchway is also in action, as is the super-heavyweight Dan Maree.

Top woman Monika Duda also turns out.
