Culverwell goes solo again – English pips Roe
A WEEK after his superb triumph in the Midlands, Sam Culverwell has won another National B event.

The exciting Guernsey youngster took himself off to Ipswich yesterday for the fast test Sporing Road race and, just like he did seven days earlier, rode away from a classy field to win solo.
Domestically, Jack English won yesterday’s Coudre Circuit road race following a battle that went right down to the final timing wire.
He came through in an intense three-man sprint for victory, getting the best of a short, sharp and well-contested race over six laps.
