With only two minutes played of GFC's match at East Grinstead Town in BetVictor Isthmian South-East, the ball fell to the striker who spotted the oppposing goalkeeper at the edge of the area and proceeded

Fazakerley later hit another great goal in the 3-3 draw, which was GFC's second in the league so far this season.

‘Charlton [Gauvain] scored one last year from the halfway line which was well talked about and Matty Loaring did it as well, but that’s just topped the lot to be honest,' said Guernsey FC manager Tony Vance.

'That was an unbelievable strike. He struck it so cleanly, 10 out of 10 and it just flew in the net. That was just an outstanding strike.'
