Rihoy’s last-minute strike stuns Manzur's landlords

DAVE RIHOY smashed a brilliant 90th minute winner at the Track last night as Manzur came from behind to steal a merited three points off their landlords in the FNB Priaulx League.

After his shot fizzed off the underside of the crossbar and downwards, it required a well-placed assistant to signal that the ball had crossed the line.

Belgraves were stunned and had missed the chance to close the gap on third-placed Saints to two points.

After a bright start Manzur fell behind to a 15th minute Marc McGrath penalty won by Charlton Gauvain.

They retained the advantage until Peter Ffoulkes levelled early in the second half and Manzur always looked the more likely winners in a strong finish rewarded by the former Muratti man’s stunner.
