Cameron English opened the floodgates with a 26th minute opener and by half-time the Green Lions were three down and well on the way to a fourth straight loss.

One bright spot in an otherwise disappointing first half for the visitors was a superb Ben Acey run which was saved.

Tom Strawbridge had been unlucky to turn the ball into his own net just before the break and in the second half Marlow turned the screw with a further three goals among which English completed a hat-trick.

GFC remain in 16th place, one point off bottom spot.
