‘Didn’t he do well’ – College sports stars in the news

Elizabeth College has struck sporting gold again with sixth form shooter Luke Malcic, 18, and athlete Alastair Chalmers, 17, making sports headlines on the same weekend. While 400m hurdler Chalmers, right, was in Coventry receiving the England Athletics U18 athlete of the year award, Malcic was stunning the opposition with a remarkable score to win the CI Small Bore rifle championship at his first attempt and all with a borrowed rifle.
