The squad arrived in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday and have now completed their pre-event warm-up matches against local sides, with one final training session planned for Friday before they begin their campaign against Jersey the following day.
Both warm-up fixtures ended prematurely due to rain, with Tuesday's ending in a particularly spectacular thunderstorm, but both had indicated that the batsmen are in fine nick.
In a 50-over match with Royal Selangor Club, Guernsey rattled up 326 for seven with Jeremy Frith making 87 and Tim Ravenscroft top scoring with 94 from just 79 balls while the other batsmen all chipped in.
