COBO landed a 16th evening league crown after completing a double over major rivals Rovers at Port Soif last night.

And it was fitting that one of their mainstays of the past decade, the ever-enthusiastic TJ Ozanne, should see them home to a win which leaves them out of reach of their beaten opponents, who will now vie with Corinthians for the runner-up spot.

Ozanne scored an unbeaten 48 as Cobo chased down a decent 16-over total of 136 with 2.3 overs to spare.

The wicket-keeper batsman set the tone of the chase from the first ball and then largely sat back and ticked along as the likes of Justin Meades, Stuart Le Prevost and Ross Kneller crashed the ball around and made the Rovers target look anaemic.
