Time to step up a gear, says Reynolds

FIVE matches into their first London One South campaign and Guernsey acknowledge that they need to step up a gear if they are to achieve their promotion aim.

'I don't think we have actually played that well yet this season,' said coach Jordan Reynolds (pictured) this week.

'Most of the teams in this league will give us tough games and if we do not improve quickly, we could find ourselves dropping down the table each week.

'It is not like last year when we could lose a couple of games and still remain in the top two – this is going to be a tight league.'
