Drew Brees’ New Orleans Saints secured a play-off berth after beating the Atlanta Falcons 23-13 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Brees joined Peyton Manning and Brett Favre as the only quarterbacks in the history of the NFL to throw for more than 70,000 yards.

The Saints quarterback threw for 239 yards and a 54-yard touchdown pass to Ted Ginn Jr as the Saints dominated on both sides of the ball.
