The Pittsburgh Steelers dominated the Houston Texans with a touchdown in each quarter leading to a 34-6 Christmas Day win – and a first-round play-off bye.

Ben Roethlisberger had two touchdowns through the air – connecting with Justin Hunter for a five-yard score in the first and an 18-yard pass to JuJu Smith-Schuster in the fourth.

Le’Veon Bell scored a rushing touchdown along with Roosevelt Nix, while Houston’s only points came from a DeAndre Hopkins score in the fourth – an impressive one handed catch.

Roethlisberger finished with figures of 20 out of 29 for 226 yards, a sharp contrast to TJ Yates for the Texans, who only had 83 yards, completing seven out of 16 attempts.

Meanwhile, Jake Elliott made a 48-yard field goal to put his Philadelphia Eagles 13-10 ahead against the Oakland Raiders with 27 seconds left on the clock, and Derek Barnett ran in a fumble recovery as Oakland spilled the ball chasing the game.

The Eagles improve to 13-2 after the 19-10 win, with Brit Jay Ajayi scoring a first-quarter touchdown on a 17-yard run.
