This weekend offers an unforgettable mix of major events for sports fans.

With the Winter Olympics coming to a conclusion in South Korea, key Premier League fixtures, NatWest 6 Nations action and the Carabao Cup final at Wembley on Sunday, there is plenty to keep armchair supporters happy and out of the cold.

Here, Press Association Sport provides the definitive guide to what to watch and where and when to watch it.

SATURDAY

WINTER OLYMPICS
BBC One & BBC Two – 0025 to 1630

The penultimate day of action in Pyeongchang will see Great Britain’s women curling team take on Japan for the bronze medal, while, in the men’s gold medal match, Sweden will play the United States of America.

Great Britain will compete in the heats of the four-man Bobsleigh.

Canada will take on the Czech Republic for bronze in the men’s ice hockey, while medals will also be contested in alpine and cross-country skiing as well as snowboarding and speed skating.

SIX NATIONS
Ireland v Wales – ITV 1330

After wins over France and Italy, hosts Ireland will be out to defend their 100 per cent start to the Six Nations against a Wales team determined to bounce back from a controversial defeat at Twickenham.

Scotland v England – BBC One 1600

The second part of a Six Nations double-header sees Scotland host England in the Calcutta Cup at Murrayfield. Eddie Jones’ squad also have two victories from two, while the Scots have momentum from a morale-boosting win over France last time out.

PREMIER LEAGUE
Leicester v Stoke – Sky Sports Main Event/Sky Sports Premier League 1130

The weekend’s top-flight football kicks off as resurgent Leicester host relegation battlers Stoke.

The Foxes have steadied the ship under French coach Claude Puel to climb into the top eight, but Paul Lambert’s Potters are scrapping for points in the survival battle at the other end of the table.

Watford v Everton – BT Sport 1 1700

New Hornets boss Javier Gracia knows there is plenty of hard work ahead for his side to secure their top-flight status. While the Toffees came unstuck when beaten 5-1 at Arsenal in their last away game, Sam Allardyce’s side are unlikely to prove such a soft touch again.
