The San Antonio Spurs jumped into fourth place in the tight Western Conference with a 103-99 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are now fifth.

The Spurs lead a group of seven teams all vying for five play-off spots and separated by 3.5 games with six left to play in the regular season.

Oklahoma City were within one point with 1:07 left to play after Paul George sank three free throws, but a driving dunk from LaMarcus Aldridge and successful free throws from Patty Mills and Manu Ginobili sealed the win.

Aldridge bagged 25 points and 11 rebounds in the win for the Spurs, while George had 26 for the Thunder.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 32 points as the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Golden State Warriors 116-107.

It was the first win for the Bucks at Golden State since March 2013, with the home side having Kevin Durant ejected in the second quarter for arguing with an official.

Andre Drummond had 24 points and 23 rebounds as the Detroit Pistons won their fifth game in six – 103-92 against the Washington Wizards, while the Miami Heat moved a step closer to securing play-off basketball by beating the Chicago Bulls by the same scoreline.

The Indiana Pacers are already guaranteed a post-season spot and beat the Sacramento Kings 106-103 with Victor Oladipo scoring 24 points.
