Anthony Joshua is on the prowl for another mega-fight after disposing of mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin at the weekend to retain his WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight titles.

A number of challengers have been linked with Joshua, who will return to Wembley Stadium on April 13 for what he hopes will be another blockbuster.

Here, Press Association Sport looks at the contenders who could be in the opposite corner for next year’s headliner.

3. Jarrell Miller

The undefeated American must first overcome Tomasz Adamek when they fight on October 6, but he was in contention to challenge Joshua over the summer and has since had a heated, public exchange with the champion. It is also in America  where Matchroom hopes to further Joshua’s reputation, so he would prove a logical opponent before the pursuit of a higher-profile fight.
