Spurs stop spinning as Heat clinch five-point win

Miami Heat halted the San Antonio Spurs’ nine-game winning romp with a 110-105 overtime victory.

Goran Dragic racked up 22 points, while Dion Waiters added 18 and Josh Richardson 15 as Miami sealed their third-straight win.

LaMarcus Aldridge, Patty Mills and Marco Belinelli each scored 17 for the Spurs, while DeMar DeRozan took 16 with 15 rebounds.

The Memphis Grizzlies clawed past the Houston Rockets in overtime to win 126-125.

Jonas Valanciunas scored a career-high 33 points, including the buzzer-beating game-winner.

James Harden scored 57 for the Rockets, who are third in the Western Conference while Memphis are 13th.

In other games the Cleveland Cavaliers beat Milwaukee Bucks 107-102, Orlando Magic defeated New Orleans Pelicans 119-96 and the Philadelphia 76ers battled past the Boston Celtics 118-115.

Utah Jazz overcame the New York Knicks 137-116, the Chicago Bulls beat the Washington Wizards 126-120 and the Toronto Raptors saw off Oklahoma City Thunder 123-114, while the Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Dallas Mavericks 126-118.
