Guernsey Electricity consulting with staff over business structure 'efficiency gains'
GUERNSEY Electricity has begun consulting with staff over a new organisation structure hoped to bring about efficiency gains.

The utility announced it would be speaking to employees to confirm the duties they would be carrying out under the changes, which are hoped to be in place in early May.
'This new organisation will provide the foundation for the ongoing transformation of the business and enable us to focus on building trust with all our stakeholders, servicing our customers better, providing the island with the electricity infrastructure we need for the future and maintaining the affordability of energy to all residents,' it said in a statement.
