As well as the re-emergence of an emissions tax as part of Environment's latest attempt to secure funding for its strategy, pressure group Enough is Enough is also hoping to rally people against the new cruise liner berthing and parking arrangements at Albert Pier and the changes to the road layout on the seafront.
The protest takes place at Albert Pier from 2pm on 12 July.
