Deputy Merrett, pictured, said she understood there was significant engagement during the review and it should provide a reality check of what people expect from the ferry company.
She said the committee had been given assurances by Condor CEO Paul Luxon that the review should be out this month and that it would meet Condor once it had the chance to digest its contents.
The latest quarterly tourism statistics showed the number of visitors travelling by sea had fallen 17% by 9,250 in the third quarter, compared to the previous year.
Looking further back, the number of sea travellers has halved in the last five years.
