Water wheel will soon be turning again
A RARE water wheel will soon be turning again after undergoing restoration.

The wheel, 18ft in diameter, is on the side of Martin Le Boutillier's Castel house.
It is hoped that with the materials used in the new wheel, it will last for years.
Mr Le Boutillier has worked on the project with his son, Ian, and contractors.
It has taken about 15 months to do and is nearly finished. Remaining work involves repairs to the stream course.
The last time the wheel was turning was 10 years ago.
'I did make electricity with it and it is my intention this time,' he said.
Mr Le Boutillier, 75, believes there has been a mill at this site since around 1336.
