A LARGE entry of 64 drivers turned up in a variety of vehicles, including Volvo estates, large and small vans and even two ex taxi minibuses for the first autocross meeting of the season.

A LARGE entry of 64 drivers turned up in a variety of vehicles, including Volvo estates, large and small vans and even two ex taxi minibuses for the first autocross meeting of the season.
These, although not very fast, provided great entertainment for a large crowd at Chouet, especially when Nick Goodwin managed to put one completely on its roof.
The race for the vans, estates and automatics class of vehicles was won by Jamie Queripel in his trusty Subaru estate car.
Lawrence Harding won his first ever race after almost three years on the beach when he came home first in the J turn race (one lap in reverse, five forward).
