Guernsey's Commonwealth swimmers could take plenty of positives from yesterday's heats despite all four team members finishing outside the qualifying positions, said team manager Sara Parfit.
Alexander Beaton finished seventh in heat two of the 50m backstroke, with Ben Lowndes placing sixth in heat three.
