Priaulx looks ahead to new challenge with BMW

ANDY PRIAULX is looking forward to an exciting future as a BMW works driver as one chapter closes and another opens.

In Munich on Saturday it was announced he would no longer be driving in the FIA World Touring Car Championship, but his future with the marque was secure with the first part of his programme announced.

After eight years racing for the BMW in the European and World Touring Car Championships the Guernsey driver is saying goodbye to the two series that gave him a total of four titles.

'I am very excited about the future plans I have as a BMW works driver, some of which have yet to be revealed and some of which I can talk about now,' said the triple world champion.'
